NEW BUILD HOWTH
A new dwelling replacing a derelict house on a spectacular, ecologically sensitive site adjacent to the Howth Cliff Walk. The house is designed to nestle gently into its surroundings and read as a collection of small buildings perched on the cliffside.
Planning Permission was secured in December 2025 and it is hoped to construct the house through 2026.
