BRENNAN | FURLONG worked with St. Vincent’s GAA club on proposals for upgrading the existing clubhouse & adjacent pitch. Works to the clubhouse included exploration of a new balcony serving the first floor bar area overlooking the newly-upgraded pitch which was re-surfaced as an all-weather pitch and enclosed with perimeter fencing. The proposals were developed as part of a larger scheme for the upgrading of the club’s facilities at their historic Marino base.
